Cant't wait for this route to be available especially as I reside in Wear Valley - I've been following this routes progress for 3 years plus now and regularly look to see if you have added anything to the blog. All that you have done for the route (with the help of Bob of course) looks top notch. Does this now mean that the route will be commercially released at some time soon (ie in the next year or two?) by Dovetail? I am sure they can be persuaded after the success of Keith Ross's WLOS and surely you must have an instrumental say with being part of this company. Anyway, for what its worth, I think they would be daft if they didn't.

I think being the head of content gives Derek a pretty good chance of persuading someone to release the content, he only needs to persuade himself. :)

However, this won't be a 'First Day Purchase' for me Derek, there is no Ferryhill. How many times have I told you? :D

As a local - I live in Bishop Auckland - I am awaiting the release of this exciting route - it looks like it'll be truly fantastic.

I'm waiting to part with my cash!

This does indeed look the "bollocks"...we need more Northeastern routes especially after the Durham East Coast fiasco

Looking forward to it!!!!
