Station Asset Pack

I read a few people were after the Station Asset pack, to the best of my knowledge it is bundled up in the European Asset Pack on steam:

It is bundled up with that pack because that is the most logical place to put it for new users. However, for old users who do not need to buy that pack to run freeware routes I can look to make it available on it's own as a zip, just need to figure out where best to put it.
