Looks fantastic. I'd post some of my pics too, but snow doesnt sit long on the ground when it is 43 degrees (and has been for a week) Didnt get below 30 last night. Very draining. How about a care parcel or two of snow from our UK friends - you seem to have an over suply :)

Surrey really looks beautiful in the snow Derek, Nioce to have a really big snow covering normally it always by-passes us :-(

Haha, you caught me with these! First I thought "how did he create these effects? Bump-mapped scenery for the fields? The bushes and trees would not have surprised me, but the fields ...

Then --- bingo, he shows photos on his blog as a reality check! They call it a control group, normally.

Anyway, I hope you took a few pictures for use on winter textures, too. If only for your German friends. They don't have that much snow nowadays for most of the time in most of the places.

(I know there is too much light in these pictures for textures, but I guess for snowy, barren trees it could get Photoshopped away, and/or you got a chance in the afternoon, maybe.

Anyway, I envy you for the nice weather!
